The 5000 series Bottom Side Guide roller assembly, complete with its mounting bracket are used at various positions mounted along the internal face of a conveyor frame to assist with aligning and guiding of the belt along the return run rollers. The main roller mounting bracket is manufactured from heavy gauge steel fully formed through punching and pressing operations to obtain the mounting shape and shaft locking features required.

The bracket is supplied in a hot dipped galvanised condition to prevent corrosion. The guide roller is available to match in a variable range of sizes and lengths to suit each customer's specific belt needs
