Steel Servo Guide Rollers are used throughout conveyor belt systems as an assistant to help control and track the belt central to the roller line.

The Servo Guide Rollers are universal in their adaptability for use throughout the load and return side of a conveyor system. These guides and can be directly fitted to an existing conveyor structure or roller frame as and where needed. Additionally, these guide rollers can be supplied as adapted specials with the inclusion of a customer described specialised mounting brackets to solve an out of alignment belt tracking issue.

The 5000 series Bottom Side Guide roller assembly, complete with its mounting bracket are used at various positions mounted along the internal face of a conveyor frame to assist with aligning and guiding of the belt along the return run rollers. The main roller mounting bracket is manufactured from heavy gauge steel fully formed through punching and pressing operations to obtain the mounting shape and shaft locking features required.

The 9000 series Bottom Side Guide roller assembly, complete with its mounting bracket are used at various positions mounted along the underside of a conveyor frame to assist with aligning and guiding of the belt along the return run rollers. The main roller mounting bracket and guide roller assembly fastener are all supplied in a hot dipped galvanised condition to prevent corrosion.

The guide roller is available to match in a variable range of sizes and lengths to suit each customer's specific belt needs.

The 1000 series Return Brackets are used on a conveyor structure to securely mount each end of a return roller or idler shaft to the underside of a conveyor frame.

The brackets are supplied from a single piece heavy gauge steel fully formed through punching and pressing operations to obtain the mounting shape, and shaft locking features required. The brackets are designed so that a return idler shaft can be either re-installed or removed from the conveyor assembly without the need to unbolt or remove the mounting brackets.

The 9000 series Carry Brackets are used on a conveyor structure to securely mount each end of an idler shaft roller to the load side of a conveyor frame.

Frame Clamp Gide Roller assemblies are used to add a belt guiding support feature to an existing standard trough frame roller structure that has been identified as needed additional belt guidance support.

Steel Cotton Reel Guide Rollers are installed on the load side of the conveyor run to capture the edges of the operating belt.

This style of roller is utilised predominately on heavy belt load applications were an accurate and fixed alignment of the belt on the rollers is paramount. The Cotton Reel outer form is constructed from solid structural steel and fitted with a heavy duty 30mm diameter centre shaft and multiple C3ZZ sealed bearings to provide the rotating feature of the cotton reel.
