DRC offer our customers a full range of Australian built Rubber Disc Impact rollers and Rubber Disc Return rollers, built to their specifications and sizing utilising quality materials and components.

The DRC Impact and Rubber Disc Return roller range is constructed using a machined heavy gauge internal mounting pipe fitted with a set of heavy interference fit impact rubbers to suit the belt width length requested. DRC hold an extensive stock range of the most commonly requested sized rubber disc inserts for the build of the  Impact and Rubber Disc Return rollers.

DRC Rubber Disc Impact Rollers are a commonly used roller style on many large mining and material bulk handling conveyor systems, used throughout many different industry sectors. One of the most common applications for this style of roller is for the structural support of the belt on top side run on the conveyor frame in the area where product is dropped from a height during the loading of the conveyor.
